Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Cockburn Central, Perth for an Admin Manager at Bossna Logistics. The Admin Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, manage office operations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure efficient workflow. The role also involves handling vendor relationships, managing office supplies, and supporting senior management. Key Responsibilities: Invoicing Management: Ensure accurate and timely generation and dispatch of customer invoices, ensuring all necessary details and compliance requirements are met. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee and manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring that all invoices are processed, payments are tracked, and outstanding balances are resolved promptly. Payroll Management: Administer the payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance with employment laws, and timely processing of payments. Main Roads Accreditation: Manage and maintain the Main Roads accreditation process, ensuring the company remains compliant with industry regulations and meets all necessary standards. Reporting & Reconciliation: Prepare regular financial reports, perform reconciliations, and assist in monthly and yearly audits. Team Management: support operations staff in these areas, providing guidance and ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in administrative processes, implement changes as needed. Key Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role within the transport and logistics industry. Strong knowledge of invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and Main Roads accreditation management. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience managing a team is highly desirable. Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry regulations and compliance requirements, including Main Roads accreditation, is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
