About the role The Administration and Project Manager is responsible for providing high level operational and logistical coordination as well as delivering on initiatives within the Office of the Provost. The position assists with the coordination of administrative requests in line with policy and governance frameworks and provides project management and logistical support to the Office of the Provost. The position plays a key role in facilitating the efficient operation and successful delivery of strategic initiatives through effective project management and by applying best practice change and risk management approaches. The position serves as a vital link between the Provost's Office and various university faculties and units for these projects. The position will ensure accurate and timely responses to the varied demands on the office from a wide range of stakeholders. About You As the Administration and Project Manager, you will have excellent communication skills and proven ability to deliver projects within time and budget constraints. You will be adept at delivering on a range of competing priorities and eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative culture. With examples, please outline in a separate document how you meet the following five (5) key selection criteria points : Proven record of delivering projects within time and budget constraints with recent examples of project planning and design, issues resolution, successful stakeholder collaboration and risk management approaches. High-level organisational and relationship management skills with proven success with prioritising workload against strategic priorities. Demonstrated capacity for systematic thinking and ability to analyse complex information and problems, identify issues, assess impacts and propose options / recommendations clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and solve complex administrative issues with a strong focus on compliance and process improvement with a proactive approach to issues management. Base Salary Range : $117,282 to $133,572 pa (HEW 8) This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary. The position is full-time and will be made on a fixed term basis for two years.
