Administration Assistant - Finance - Country Road Group Apply now Job no: 997556Work type: Part-TimeLocation: Melbourne - CBD & InnerCategories: Finance Purpose The Administration Assistant is responsible for concession product registration and price maintenance across channels. You will also be responsible for the integrity of stock that is returned to non-Country Road Group department stores. This role requires effective communication and self-motivation. Please note, this is a part time, 4 day a week opportunity. Key Accountabilities All Country Road Group styles and pricing to be maintained into the Retek systems Advise manager if any concerns regarding the management of the Retek system Create process improvements wherever possible and work with planning teams to set up and implement a system to monitor customer returns to Concessions stores which do not range Country Road Group Regular follow up to identify any negative sales in non-CRG trading Concessions Contact stores to inform them which nominated Country Road Group concessions the returned items should be sent to Follow up with concessions to ensure that the items are adjusted on the receiving stores stock holding Assist with Ad Hoc Concession Projects as required Ad hoc Central Planning and Brand reporting and analysis Key Capabilities Experience and knowledge of Retek and relevant IT systems is desirable but not essential Experience and knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office suite Initiative and the ability to self-motivate, delivering on key responsibilities The ability to understand basic financial targeting Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to problem solve Why work for CRG?
