The Service Station Consultant role at Arup is focused on delivering leading-practice workplace experience services to support the Melbourne office. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and a proactive attitude towards ensuring a seamless operational delivery. The Opportunity Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and in line with Arup's brand standards. Deliver business lounge services, including refreshments, assistance with guest Wi-Fi, and local transport information. Monitor and maintain meeting room standards, assisting with setups and pack-ups for key meetings. Process catering orders and manage package deliveries. Collaborate with the Office Services staff to ensure smooth front-of-house operations. Is this role right for you? Experience working in an office environment, particularly in a busy front-of-house area. Strong customer service or concierge experience in a corporate or hospitality setting. Ability to uphold high standards of work, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
