Job Description
The Grout Guy is looking for the right candidate to work with our current team at our Grout HQ in Landsdale. The Grout Guy is a fast-growing business currently operating in Perth, Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney, Adelaide, and Brisbane metro areas. We take pride in our excellent customer service, efficiency, and a positive work environment. We are a passionate and enthusiastic team, striving to provide quality service to our customers and to be the best within our industry. This role will require availability from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the successful applicant will: Answer incoming customer enquiries from various platforms Schedule customer quotes and jobs for The Grout Guy team Competently guide customers through The Grout Guy processes Efficiently adjust Grout Guy schedules as required and often with time pressures in place Work with Salesforce and other IT systems Work within a busy, high volume, fast-paced environment Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes: An excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills Exemplary customer service skills Ability to work well within a team environment and effectively support and communicate with other team members Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure A positive attitude and reliability How do your skills match this job?
