Key responsibilities: Attend to enrolment queries including organising tours, sending enrolment forms, creating accounts profiles and booking patterns in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate with Centre Managers to ensure a seamless parent experience. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to parents and Centre Managers regarding account-related inquiries. Accurately apply the correct daily rates, sibling's discounts and holiday rates in accordance with Bambini's terms and conditions. Promptly process any changes to bookings. Understand the regulations and processes for Child Care Subsidy and the cessation of care. Desire to contribute a meaningful improvement to accounts and enrolment process in a dynamic workforce. Skills and Experience: Demonstrates people management skills, written and verbal communication skills with parents and leadership team. Strong attention to detail and task completion skills. High organisational skills and the ability to prioritise daily tasks. Intermediate computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office. Experience with Owna CRM is preferred. Onsite permanent full-time, 5 days a week, South Melbourne office.
