Administration Officer - Allied Health Clinic This role is a permanent, full time opportunity working with an allied health provider with a network of clinics throughout Australia. Prior experience working in a medical or allied health setting will be highly regarded, but not essential. About the role Providing administrative and customer service support to our patients over the phone, face to face and via email. Supporting the day to day operations of the clinic, in conjunction with the Clinic Manager. Collaborating and supporting our other clinics in the Toowoomba area. Scheduling appointments for our patients and optimising the appointment schedule for our practitioners. Maintaining accurate patient records. Communicating with referring doctors and specialists and building strong relationships with our referral pathways. Ordering supplies for our clinic, including medical devices and parts as well as office & PPE supplies. Generating invoices, billing and collecting payments. Other general office duties as required. About you Previous experience in customer service, office administration or healthcare administration. Problem solving ability and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast paced setting. Flexibility and agility in responding to patient enquiries. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. How to apply ‘Apply now’ with an up to date resume.
