The role The Administration Officer position is an opportunity to develop your administrative and interpersonal skills in a supportive and dynamic team. In this fulltime in-person role, you will be the face of our Brisbane office as you greet visitors, field telephone inquiries, and provide general office and administrative assistance to our team. You will report to the Practice Manager and be a part of the administrative team that delivers the firm’s corporate support function. Specific duties include: Primary support of the administration of legal matters, including opening and closing files, completing conflict checks, and preparing and issuing invoices Supporting business development and marketing activities including collating tender responses and arranging events Providing general administrative support to the lawyers on an ad hoc basis including making travel arrangements Maintaining the professional appearance of the Brisbane premises including greeting visitors, preparing meeting rooms, and maintaining office supplies Project-based support to the administration team as required About you We are looking for an Administration Officer with: 1+ year demonstrated experience in a similar role in a professional office environment experience in preparing and issuing invoices in a professional services setting strong interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner and work ethic excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail experience and confidence in using software and technology solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe, HubSpot, and legal practice management software a willingness to learn and openness to navigate new systems enthusiasm for a collaborative team environment To apply If your skills and attributes are complimentary to the above description, we welcome your application with a copy of your resume and a covering letter which outlines your interest to Applications close Sunday, 16 February 2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
