We are currently seeking an experienced and capable Administration Officer to join our care team in a permanent full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate commitment to a customer service approach whilst ensuring work completion and an eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Handling reception duties, including phone and direct contact with visitors, residents, staff, and contractors. Coordinating admissions and discharges of residents. Accurate invoicing, reconciliations, and order processing. Managing hiring documentation onsite, processing police checks, creating contracts, and assisting with employee onboarding using the existing systems. Managing mail, couriers, deliveries, correspondence, and documentation. Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software. Qualifications and Attributes: Exceptional communication and telephone skills. Ability to work collaboratively with the team and key personnel to obtain the best results. Demonstrated efficiency in administration skills. Familiarity with rostering processes or roster management. Outstanding and warm personalised customer service skills. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all company, resident, and employee matters. Proficiency in using technology and software, including rostering systems and reporting.
