We are part of Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) which operates 56 Catholic Systemic Schools and nine Early Learning Centres in ACT and NSW. About the Role The role of Administration Officer is a key position at the College, located in Student Services. As part of a dynamic administration team, they offer a wide range of support for the College. This position requires working in a team environment to help ensure student attendance records are kept accurately and up to date, assist in ensuring the safety and welfare of students by providing First Aid, and ensure proper procedures are used to communicate with Staff and Parents on relevant student matters, using the student management system known as Compass. This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on parental leave. The incumbent is entitled to return earlier to their substantive position in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.
