Administration Officer Ward Reception ICU Deliver an efficient and effective administrative support service to our clients, members of the public and hospital staff who utilise the services provided by Administrative Support Services. Develop, implement and maintain comprehensible systems and processes that enable timely and accurate patient support within The Prince Charles Hospital. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with Metro North Health's values: Provide first point of call, reception and telephone response service for patients and/or relatives and ensure re-direction to the appropriate area for care by health professionals, using tact, diplomacy and discretion. Provide high standard of data integrity. Ensure compliance within Queensland Health requirements for mandatory and non-mandatory data collection within admitted and non-admitted data collection by accurately and efficiently entering and updating patient demographics, next of kin, Medicare and referring doctor details for all elective patients, before patients leave the area.
