Job Description
Administration Officer Ward Reception Surgical Services, Queensland Health Fixed term temporary part time opportunity to deliver an efficient and effective administrative support service to our clients, members of the public and hospital staff who utilise the services provided by Administrative Support Services. About the role Develop, implement and maintain comprehensible systems and processes that enable timely and accurate patient support within The Prince Charles Hospital. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Provide high standard of data integrity. Ensure that patients are eligible to access Queensland Health services for both inpatients and outpatients whether they are from reciprocal countries and/or those patients considered ineligible in accordance with State and Commonwealth guidelines, including the associated Patient Election process and Medicare validations. Ensure the accurate completion of all forms especially the Patient Election Form and obtaining the patients signature prior to admission.
