Administration Officer (Workforce Division) Rockhampton Are you an administrative professional with great time management and organisational skills? This could be the perfect opportunity for you! The Workforce Division of CQ Health is essential for effective human resource management within the healthcare service. It focuses on attracting and retaining talent, supporting continuous learning, managing performance, and ensuring employee safety and well-being. Comprising of around 50 HR practitioners, the division provides client-focused services to management and staff across CQ Health. About the role: The Administration Officer is a member of the Workforce Division team. The role is responsible for providing efficient, professional and confidential administration support to Workforce Division management and team members. About you: While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded. Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills, building relationships and keeping stakeholders informed while maintaining confidentiality. Ability to deliver effective and efficient administrative support utilising contemporary office equipment and PC based systems including the use of Microsoft Office application, S4HANA and UMS. Ability to work cooperatively and effectively within the team environment, building rapport and strong working relationships with team members, organisational staff, community, clients and customers.
