The Role: As a Property Manager, you will be a key player in our team, working closely with our administration and leasing departments. Your responsibilities will include: Manage a Portfolio: Take charge of a small and select portfolio of properties, ensuring top-notch management. Relationship Building: Forge strong connections with landlords, understanding their needs and delivering personalized service. Effective Communication: Engage professionally and efficiently with landlords and tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues swiftly. Maintenance Coordination: Oversee repairs and maintenance, ensuring properties are impeccably maintained. Lease Renewals and Arrears: Handle lease renewals and proactively manage arrears to minimize financial risks. You'll receive exceptional support from our management, leasing, accounting, and administration teams. Our Senior Property Manager will handle all routine and ingoing inspections, giving you more time to focus on managing your portfolio.
