Administration (Property Team) Coordinator This range is provided by Fire Rescue Victoria. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range A$82,000.00/yr - A$94,000.00/yr 12 month - Fixed Term opportunity Due to recent internal promotion, this administrative role is now available for the right person to join our busy Property Services team at Fire Rescue Victoria's (FRV) Spring St location. FRV's property services team works with and manages 85 fire stations as well as offices, warehouses/storage amenities, and workshops right across Victoria. Titled Infrastructure Project Coordinator (as per position description) , your skills lie in being an experienced administrator ideally in real estate or other property services. Here, you will support requisitions and plans submitted to the Property Manager & the PMs, and you will manage the day-to-day administrative needs, enquiries, and requests while providing excellent customer service. Enjoy hands-on job training to support your assimilation into your new role. You will have worked in a busy administration function, and property/real estate/property service experience will be highly regarded. You already know how to manage your administrative workload and are able to meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail and efficiency for the department and its busy teams. Your key stakeholders are internal and external people who come to you for bookings, requisitions, activity updates, invoicing, and all general property-associated questions and queries. You are competent working with computers and can use the full MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and ideally SAP. You will be guided by a supportive team and receive a thorough handover. About the Role The primary purpose of the position of the Infrastructure Project Coordinator is to provide a high level of professional administration and project management support to the Infrastructure Delivery Team. About You To be successful in this position, you will have: Formal qualifications in business administration, project management, or similar Experience in property maintenance or management/real estate or similar will be highly regarded Expertise to work with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel SAP experience is desirable but not mandatory Serving the Community, valuing teamwork, having integrity, showing respect, and being accountable are core values at Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV).
