Your New Role:Are you a highly organised multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an Administration & Service Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring our jobs run smoothly from customer enquiry to job completion. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, managing job scheduling, liaising with our field team, and keeping operations efficient.Key Responsibilities:️ Customer & Job Coordination: Be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls and emails. Create and schedule jobs, ensuring they are allocated to the right field technicians. Communicate with customers to provide updates on job progress. Follow up on quotes to drive conversions. ️ Operational Support: Manage the status of all pending, progress, and completed jobs to meet KPIs. Ensure all materials are ordered, receipted, and ready for use. Work closely with field technicians to ensure jobs are completed efficiently. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, service actions, and job details. Assist in the coordination of facility management contracts. ️ Team & Supplier Liaison: Collaborate with the management team to ensure operational efficiency. Work with suppliers to ensure stock is available and delivered on time. Assist the accounts team with operational information to streamline invoicing. What You’ll Need to Succeed:Proven experience in administration, service coordination, or a similar role.Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with job management software (e.g., Simpro) is highly regarded.Why Join Carrick Plumbing?
