NDIS Accounts and Administration Officer (Part-time) - Immediate Start The Role We require an experienced NDIS Accounts and Administration Officer to join our team on a part-time basis at our Camden office. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable Reconciliation: Process and reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate coding and authorization. Processing NDIS and Medicare claims utilizing XERO and Splose (CMRS). Debt Management: Track outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue accounts, and maintain detailed payment records. Process contractors invoices and update database records. System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining financial databases and accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy and supporting process improvements. NDIS Plan Administration: Monitor key milestones, update compliance records, and ensure accurate documentation of NDIS plans and amendments. Updating CMRS with clients' budgets and balancing NDIS funds available. Monitoring that the services stay within allocated budgets. Administrative/finance tasks/projects allocated by management that assist in the development of the company. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: ESSENTIAL Demonstrated experience in a role that involved accounts payable and receivable functions. Experience in financial reconciliation and reporting. Solid experience/knowledge with NDIS pricing structures, funding codes, and managing NDIS plans and claiming process (Agency Managed, Plan Managed and Self Managed). The person will be expected to know pricing guidelines, how to apply these and make claims. Proficiency in using XERO, Microsoft packages and CRMS (Splose or other) . The ability to work independently and collaboratively with good attention to detail and accuracy. DESIRABLE Accounting or Bookkeeper role experience or similar role. Experience in a clinic or community services environment. About Us Combined Therapy Services (CTS) is a growing clinic. We are located in beautiful Camden.
