General Administration: Assist with reception duties, schedule appointments, organise catering, and monitor office supplies. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and maintain accurate records. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing administrative efficiency. Profile Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within financial or support services. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Drive. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with financial software such as Ultracs Banking Software or CBA Commbiz. Understanding of compliance frameworks and document management systems.
