Key responsibilities Responsibility for day-to-day operations in the depot including but not limited to: Frontline management of clients through incoming and outbound calls and emails Working with the office team to schedule and confirm works Ensuring compliance with client sites and Flick procedures Assisting with financial management of debt and payments Promote products and service offerings to customers Position requirements A strong work ethic, who can work well within a diverse community of highly motivated team members Knowledge of mine requirements and services is desired Knowledge of or willingness to learn pest management processes High level skills related to Microsoft suite of software Open Drivers licence Work for an equal opportunity employer Culture Statement With over 55 branches in the Pacific Region, we pride ourselves on employing highly trained Pest Control technicians.
