Primary and secondary care to Auburn, Blacktown, and surrounding areas Tertiary care for the Greater Western Region Committed to "better health services" for all Upholding values of collaboration, respect, and empowerment Embracing innovation and quality in healthcare What you'll be doing The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Adult Clinical Psychology services at Cumberland Hospital, including the Anxiety Unit, Emotional Health Clinic, Research Unit, and DBT Program. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Provide reception, secretarial, and administrative support to clinical staff Manage patient bookings, handle enquiries, and assist with clinical preparations Perform routine office tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and coordinating maintenance Support with timesheet and roster management, as well as correspondence handling Assist in creating reports, presentations, and maintain accurate records How to Apply Apply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date. Relevant qualifications in business, office administration and/or equivalent experience in similar office/administrative/customer service/reception support roles. Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal skills, with good oral and written communication and the ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals and organisations both internally and externally. Good customer service skills, with a demonstrated commitment to providing high quality service and maintaining confidentiality and privacy. Demonstrated intermediate computer literacy with Microsoft office suite products, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as the ability to use various information systems and databases. Demonstrated good administrative and organisation skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise a wide range of administrative tasks in a high volume work environment and display time management and problem solving skills to meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable, use initiative and work effectively with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
