Your Role Provide high-level administrative support to a leading real estate director and sales team Manage property listings, coordinate marketing materials, and organise photography Assist with contract preparation, documentation, and compliance requirements Liaise with clients, solicitors, and suppliers to ensure seamless transactions Maintain CRM systems, databases, and property files Schedule appointments, meetings, and property inspections Handle phone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently Prepare reports, presentations, and sales materials as needed Who We’re Looking For A strong interest in real estate and a drive to learn Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with real estate CRM software (preferred but not essential) Prior experience in administration or customer service (advantageous) Why Join Us Monday to Friday schedule – enjoy your weekends off Career growth potential in a supportive, high-performing team Valuable real estate experience in a prestigious agency Vibrant and professional office in the sought-after Eastern Beaches If you're ready to take the first step toward an exciting real estate career, apply today!
