We provide for the families of Bli Bli and surrounding areas of Maroochy River, Nambour and Yandina. We are seeking applications for a friendly and enthusiastic Administrative Officer to join our school community on a permanent full-time basis. About the Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform a variety of day-to-day administrative and support services directed by the Principal or the Business Manager. Undertake routine activities including reception (telephone and counter enquiries), arranging appointments, correspondence and general administration, maintaining school records, processing incoming and outgoing mail and email, and arranging student transport for school activities. Perform additional administrative or support services for school support staff, including printing timesheets, leave applications, and rosters. Administer day-to-day financial matters (e.g., process payments and orders, receipting, banking, reconciling invoices for payment, and follow-up on late payments as directed).
