The administration officer will provide efficient and effective administration support for community-based clinical services situated within Community Health Centres throughout SESLHD. The position encompasses a range of duties and responsibilities requiring a high level of organisational skills, reliability, and flexibility. The successful candidate will be primarily based in Kings Cross, Sydney; however, will be required to work from other locations within Child Youth & Family Services as needed. A willingness to travel is a requirement. The Role This role provides a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable Child, Youth and Family Services of Population and Community Health to achieve its objectives in a timely, reliable, and efficient manner. Experience in responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response. Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to contribute to improvements in administrative practices and procedures. Ability to use computer hardware, software applications, and electronic systems at a basic level. Demonstrated ability to work independently in performing routine administrative tasks and ability to work as part of a team.
