Role Overview: This position provides high-level quality administrative and reception support for the Group Director – CYMHS and the Statewide Clinical Specialty Director – CYMHS, working closely with an Executive Officer. Key Responsibilities: Providing high-level quality administrative and reception support in the CYMHS Executive Office. Undertaking administrative tasks associated with ordering, maintaining and processing account payments, and maintaining departmental assets. Liaising with a broad range of stakeholders, solving complex inquiries through multiple communication channels. Preparing, coordinating, and assisting with letters, meeting papers, ministerial briefings, right to information documents, and third-party requests. Details of Appointment: Permanent full-time day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should note that this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies for a period of twelve months from the date of publication. Salary: $73,811 to $79,779 per annum, with an 11.5% superannuation contribution on top of this amount.
