You will be responsible for the coordination of administration functions across the Parkville site, including administrative support to the Mental Health management team and supervision and oversight of the Parkville administration team. Classification for this position will range from MHA051 – MHA055 (base salary $92,856 to $102,653 per annum, plus superannuation). What you’ll achieve: Engaging, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Coordination and oversight of administrative colleagues at Parkville site Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail Your skills and experience More than 4 years administration experience Proven capacity for leadership in a team environment Tertiary qualification in Administration and/or Management Other requirements: Current National Criminal Record Check, or willing to obtain Valid Working with Children Check Compliance with RCHs “Staff Immunisation - Prevention of Vaccine Preventable Diseases” procedure Application process To apply, you will need a resume and a tailored cover letter outlining your skills, experience, and suitability for the position in line with the requirements of the position description.
