Administrative and Liaison Support Officer Location: Perth Children's Hospital, QEII Campus, Nedlands Unit/Division: Perth Children's Hospital > Child and Family Liaison Service This is a Permanent Full-Time appointment. Position Profile: The Administrative and Liaison Support Officer provides essential support to the Child and Family Liaison Service, assisting in the management of the consumer feedback process. This role involves comprehensive administrative duties, including data entry, document management, tracking of consumer feedback, and the preparation of reports. The position also requires direct engagement with consumers and staff, assisting in the coordination of complaint investigations and resolutions under the guidance of senior team members. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the consumer feedback process, ensuring accurate data entry, documentation, and tracking. Maintain and organise electronic records and ensure proper document management. Liaise directly with consumers and staff, ensuring effective communication while maintaining sensitivity, consumer focus, and confidentiality.
