Reporting to the Technology Area Manager, the Technology Administrator will be responsible for all administrative activities, in line with relevant WesTrac policies and procedures. Duties will include but are not limited to general administration, induction requirements, ensuring timesheets are correctly entered, work order activities, and quality assurance and continuous improvement. Roster: Monday - Friday 8hrs (Permanent Full-Time) To be successful, the following is required: Relevant administrative qualification at tertiary level or several years’ experience working in a similar level influencing role Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills Demonstrated experience with mobilisation, quality assurance, and purchase to payment experience.
