Key Responsibilities Curating and uploading listings Maintaining the company website Facilitating insurance sales Handling vessel registration for new and used yachts Providing support to brokers and managing director Drafting contracts and managing documents Collating and allocating invoices Managing accounts and office operations Implementing effective filing systems Maintaining office presentation standards Planning and executing events Supporting social media activities for marketing Contributing to branding initiatives Dock presentation including signage and Branding Required Experience Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, social media, Tertiary Education Previous experience in yachting, either onboard or land-based Background in the marine or luxury vehicle industry Marketing social media and content creation Media / Marketing degree or certification Brand Representation If you are a vibrant and motivated individual with a potential passion for the luxury yachting industry and possess the desired skills and experience, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
