RAW Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated B2B Marketing Assistant to support the execution of demand generation marketing campaigns across our client base in Australia and New Zealand. Working alongside our fast-growing team, you will utilise your marketing knowledge to support our integrated campaigns across direct marketing, digital, events and virtual events, and our in-house outbound call team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in marketing, with some experience through university projects, internships or part-time work. You will join our office-based team in Fortitude Valley, and will play a supporting role in client marketing campaigns and business outcomes. You will assist in delivering marketing initiatives that generate new pipeline, and accelerate and expand existing opportunities. We are a small team and the role guarantees no two days will be the same. You will thrive in the agency if you are flexible and adaptable to work on different channels and activities and be comfortable in a moving and evolving business. We are a successful marketing agency and have grown a client-base representing both vendor and channel marketing programs and initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. This will be achieved through maintaining strong relationships across our key stakeholders and proven business value in the work we deliver. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of multi-touch account-based marketing plans that primarily focus on demand generation and lead progression. Assist with campaign implementation including copy writing, digital ad campaigns, and performance reporting. Join client calls and meetings, taking notes and contributing where appropriate. Follow briefing processes and recommended campaign timelines while collaborating with the internal marketing services team. Play a part in developing and maintain strong relationships with our clients. Assist in measuring and reporting on the impact of marketing campaigns. Consume content on tech themes and brands, to grow your knowledge of the B2B technology sector. What You'll Need Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. Genuine interest in B2B marketing with some demonstrated experience through university projects, internships, or part-time work. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). A proactive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
