Job Description This role is accountable for the effective centralized management and maintenance of TAL’s various Distribution Agreements, databases, and associated functions including clients’ and dealerships’ requests on servicing and distributors portfolio matters. You will be required to communicate and engage with customers, advisers, and dealer group representatives and collaborate with senior stakeholders within the business using a variety of communication strategies (face-to-face, written, telephone, group presentation). More broadly, this function ensures that our dealer and adviser records are up to date and accurate in order to maintain the integrity of customer data and ensure appropriate records management. In this role you will: Responsible for the maintenance and updates of TAL’s distribution agreements and schedules. Accountable for the final approval of agreements and legislative documentation. Prepare, analyze, and deliver distributors’ client portfolios and Funds under Management reports. Proactively identify customer issues and opportunities to resolve them. Manage relationships and queries proactively. Engage with senior management including liaising with state offices, sales management teams, and head office business units as necessary. Design and implement solutions to improve effectiveness and productivity across the team. Own the team procedure manuals and ensure procedures clearly reflect processing. Drive own and others' accountabilities and challenge the status quo. Provide training and guidance to new staff. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline. A minimum of 2+ years in an operations and/or administration environment. Strong written and oral capability. Excellent attention to detail and a rigorous focus on delivering quality output. Sound knowledge of the Life Insurance industry. Ability to work well, communicate, and negotiate optimal business outcomes with senior stakeholders. Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve problems. You’re always accountable for your actions. You never give up.
