Lowe Financial Group is a well-established family business that provides high quality financial advice to our clients, specialising in areas of Life Insurance and Income Protection cover. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated, full-time Paraplanner to join our team and provide exceptional support to our advisers and service to our customers in a professional, accurate and timely manner. Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Prepare comprehensive and compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Records of Advice (RoAs) for risk insurance. Conduct detailed research and analysis on risk insurance products and options. Assist advisers in developing tailored risk insurance solutions for clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of risk insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Liaise with insurance providers and utilise their software to obtain quotes and policy information. Ensure all client documentation and records are accurate and compliant with industry regulations, including maintenance of client database. Provide technical support and assistance to advisers regarding life insurance queries. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems within the business. Providing exceptional service to clients. Scheduling meetings and calendar management. Providing general support to the team. The successful applicant will: Previous experience within the Financial Services Industry would be welcomed. A true team player, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Intermediate in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strict attention to detail and a great deal of initiative. Have strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ability to manage confidential information in a discrete and appropriate manner is essential. Be willing to learn and follow directions.
