Job Description
The After Hours Emergency Response Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality, over-the-phone crisis and proactive support. This includes providing general support during crises or difficult incidents, coordinating with the DFFH After Hours Child Protection Emergency Service (AHCPES) and other external agencies as required, and offering advocacy, risk assessments, and placement support.
