Your opportunity Foster strong, collaborative networks both internally and with Dealer Partners to identify and implement local growth strategies on a quarterly to annual basis. Take ownership of critical functional KPIs within your assigned Dealer Territory, driving performance and contributing significantly to the development of the regional team. Provide expert guidance and consultation to key dealership stakeholders (Service, Parts, and Sales), identifying opportunities for improvement and working closely with them to enhance dealership performance and profitability. Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, leveraging these connections to create new business opportunities. Ensure operational excellence in your role and across your dealerships, driving the achievement of key success factors. You will bring Proven experience in a high-performance Aftersales environment, ideally with a blend of expertise in both Service and Parts. Exceptional presentation skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, engage with diverse audiences, and confidently present well-structured, compelling arguments. Strong business development expertise, with a proven track record of building and executing effective business plans and making a strong case for growth. Advanced analytical skills, coupled with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions. Demonstrated ability to foster strong relationships across various personalities and roles, with a collaborative mindset and the flexibility to work effectively with both national and regional teams.
