Aged Care Clinical Lead - New South Wales - Lead Group We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Leader to join our team in a beautiful NFP Residential Aged Care Facility located in the picturesque Hunter New England region of NSW. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a reputable, small/medium sized facility that provides a supportive environment, including experienced Clinical Leadership, AN-ACC support, Education Support, and a 24-hour Registered Nurses and Care team. Job Summary: The successful candidate will lead the healthcare team, providing clinical guidance and oversight, while promoting a culture of excellence and safety. What We Offer: A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus generous salary packaging options. Maintain accurate records and reports as required. Requirements: Australian citizenship or permanent residency. AHPRA Registration as a healthcare professional. At least 4 years of clinical experience, preferably in Aged Care. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong communication skills.
