Clinical Operations Lead - Warrnambool - Lead Group This is a fantastic opportunity to work within Lead Group's medium/large facility, located on Victoria's beautiful South West Coast. The internal structure includes multiple roles such as Clinical Manager, Quality and Education Partner, Rostering officers, AN-ACC Support, and 24-hour RNs and Care team. In this role, you will lead staff, oversee infection control, support operational leadership, maintain documentation, and ensure person-first care. What's in it for You?
