About the Role In this leadership role, you’ll guide and support a team of consultants, help shape Omega Medical’s aged care recruitment strategy, and contribute directly to the success of our clients and candidates. You will have: Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally in aged care or healthcare. A strong track record of growing and managing a desk or team. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative, proactive, and results-driven approach. Experience mentoring or coaching team members to achieve success.
