About the Role In this leadership role, you’ll guide and support a team of consultants, help shape Omega Medical’s aged care recruitment strategy, and contribute directly to the success of our clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership : Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to achieve their goals. Client Relationships : Strengthen partnerships with aged care providers and expand networks. About You You’re a driven leader with experience in recruitment and a passion for building teams and relationships. You thrive on achieving results and contributing to a greater purpose. You will have: Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally in aged care or healthcare. A strong track record of growing and managing a desk or team. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative, proactive, and results-driven approach. Experience mentoring or coaching team members to achieve success.
