Job Description

This role will require you to be an independent recruitment consultant, with the ability to manage your own clients and candidates, meet and exceed target billings, and both manage and mentor junior staff. You will be expected to know and be competent in the full recruitment process, require no formal supervision and meet set targets per month. The role is a variation of interviewing, recruiting, managing accounts and providing customer service and administration support to the team. Key Responsibilities/Tasks: Sourcing new business including cold and warm calling. Managing relationships with both clients and candidates. Meeting and exceeding target billings. Short listing and interviewing candidates. Managing junior staff who will act as administration support. Motivating and encouraging the EBR team to meet set goals and targets. Client visits. Education/Experience/Criteria: Previous recruitment or sales (with proven track record) experience. Qualifications in HR or Business essential. Ability and history of meeting and exceeding targets and deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Self motivation, initiative and dedication / loyalty. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). #J-18808-Ljbffr
