About the Role We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong agency background working on large-scale corporate clients. This role is pivotal in driving high-impact activations and building client and supplier relationships in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects, from conceptualization and client engagement to creative and production, execution and post-campaign analysis. Working closely with our internal creative team and external partners, you will ensure that every campaign delivers measurable results, engages consumers, and creatively strengthens brand presence in the market. Success in this role requires hands-on experience in brand activations and events, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strategic oversight. You will lead campaign planning, budget management, supplier coordination, creative and production delivery and team execution, ensuring seamless delivery. This role would suit an experienced SAE looking for their next role, or an AM looking to expand their experience and career. Skills & Experience To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 4 years’ agency experience in brand activation, experiential marketing and/or events. This expertise is essential, as the role requires a deep understanding of how to create engaging, action-driven brand experiences that capture audience attention and drive consumer interaction. Key skills & experience required: Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing brand activations and event experiences on both a small to large-scale. Experience delivering experiential campaigns that foster brand engagement, including event-based activations, and digital-to-physical consumer experiences. Strong project management skills, ensuring seamless execution of activations across multiple touchpoints including end-to-end delivery of creative, design, AV, production and supplier management. Ability to develop strategies that align with brand objectives, ensuring every campaign enhances visibility, engagement, and sales. Experience creating and managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards. Be a problem solver with a high attention to detail, ensuring seamless campaign execution. Proven experience working with big brands (Tech an advantage) and fast-paced agency environments, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both internally (team collaboration) and externally (client relations). A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring that campaigns not only meet but exceed expectations.
