Job Description The role of the Agile Business Analyst is to help guide the team through the process of requirement gathering and user story development through a variety of agile techniques in order to ultimately deliver a product that delights our customers. What’s the job? You’ll collaborate with business and Product Managers to prioritise and shape the product backlog You’ll lead Project Initiation/Inception workshops as needed You’ll develop high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria (BDD) You’ll facilitate key agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, demos) You’ll manage relationships with stakeholders, Product Managers, and Engineers You’ll coach teams in agile business analysis techniques You’ll support prototyping and research new tools/products to enhance delivery You’ll provide exceptional customer service and ensure best practices are applied You’ll maintain clear, high-quality communication with all stakeholders You’ll ensure compliance with company protocols, regulatory obligations, and SLAs What are we looking for? Experienced Agile Business Analyst in digital and web product development Strong in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, BDD) and stakeholder management Skilled in developing user stories, acceptance criteria (BDD), and managing traceability Expert in facilitating agile ceremonies and Project Inception workshops Proficient in data/domain modelling and implementing best practices Excellent communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audience So, why choose us?
