You’ll bring to the table: Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles, including leadership and coaching responsibilities. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification (desirable). Demonstrated success in leading Agile teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
