Job Description

The Story Join this leading healthcare business with operations across the APAC region. An opportunity exists for an Agile Delivery Lead with emphasis on Cyber to join the team as this business embarks on a major Cyber program of work.The Role This is a permanent role with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office). This role will report into the Program Manager - Cyber and be working as part of the Cyber Security Program. The key focus of the role will be on transparency and clear messaging on all team-related matters, while coaching and elevating the adoption of SAFe Scrum practices within the teams. This role will work with Agile teams and be an integral member of the Project Delivery Team, participating and sharing responsibilities for the overall performance of the Agile Release Team.The role will partner with the Program Manager - Cyber and CISO to have input into the Cyber Security Strategy. It will require someone who has a solid understanding of the “as a Service” (SaaS) delivery model.What You Bring to the Role A background as a Project Manager delivering technology projects end to end, preferably with an emphasis on technology and cyber projects. Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe Agile, and project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2). Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team building, coaching, and conflict resolution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong technical aptitude and experience leading teams (Cyber Security preferred) to deliver quality outcomes. Strong skills and experience in coaching Agile teams to upskill and drive learning and development across the teams. Outstanding demonstration of communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills. Excellent facilitation skills and ability to demonstrate situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement. Proven business acumen and demonstrated ability to build business partnerships is essential. Delivery of complex solutions across business and technology. Proven experience working closely with stakeholders in the business, C-level, and notably the CISO, cyber and technology teams. Scrum Master certification / Agile Project Management Certification or hands-on Agile project management experience preferred. Previous experience in Information and Cyber Security initiatives preferred.
