With a strong emphasis on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Lead to spearhead the team in the Search & Attract domain and lead a crucial Data Cleanse Project. Responsibilities: As a Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving excellence in the delivery process, with a primary focus on the Search & Attract domain and a pivotal role in a significant Data Cleanse Project. Your responsibilities will include: Lead and inspire a team dedicated to enhancing delivery capabilities in the Search & Attract domain. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Search & Attract Domain: Develop and execute strategies to uplift delivery processes in the Search & Attract domain. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align search and attraction efforts with business goals. Data Cleanse Project: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of a comprehensive data cleanse project for our retail chain. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards. Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall delivery efficiency. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the Search & Attract and Data Cleanse domains. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in leading delivery teams, especially in the Search & Attract domain. Strong project management skills, with a successful track record of leading and delivering complex projects. Experience in data cleansing projects within large organizations, preferably in the retail sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies in search and data management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
