About the job Create and manage the existing business relationship to maximize sales and profitability in the Victorian and Tasmanian broadacre and horticulture markets. Work closely with key influencers in both the agronomy and consultancy channels to promote and increase adoption of exciting technologies such as SE14, Biopest, Kwickin, Enhance, Companion, and Spreadwet 1000. Partner with customers to align company, category, and brand strategies to increase demand and profitable growth. Key Responsibilities: Service existing DKSH Agrisolutions (formally SST/SACOA) customers to maintain relationships and grow business revenue and profitability. Identify the short-term and long-term business needs and objectives of key customers and develop/sell proactive business solutions across the full demand/supply chain. Work closely with the cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Product Manager, and Supply Chain Management) to ensure an efficient and effective supply of goods ordered/sold. Manage annual negotiation, including trading terms and conditions, to achieve sales objectives within customer groups not under national agreements. Forge working relationships with distribution, agronomists, researchers, grower groups, and farmers to increase the adoption of SE14, Biopest, Kwickin, Enhance, Companion, and Spreadwet 1000 and other products within the DKSH Agrisolutions portfolio. Job Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years working in the Agri sector, preferably in agronomy, extension, or sales. Minimum Diploma in Agriculture/preferred Tertiary Degree in Agri Science or Agri-Business. Help to develop trial protocols and oversee any trials conducted to maximize exposure and potential sales opportunities created. Demonstrate a general understanding in all aspects of supplier and customer relationship management including supply chain, field marketing, and branding. Why Join DKSH?
