Operations Supervisor Main Responsibilities The successful applicant will be responsible for oversight of a team of Customer Service Representatives who deliver product directly to our airline customers. Your team will be expected to provide on-time delivery to each aircraft while meeting all quality cleanliness standards and have a commitment to exceptional service. You will manage the team through structured communications, compliance checks, and monitor adherence to customer specifications, safety processes, internal production processes, and continuous improvement. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience in Last Mile Logistics - 2-3 years in a related industry. Problem-solving and leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft products; familiarity with logistics software is a plus. Open availability required, including weekends and holidays. MUST be flexible.
