We’re often called Traffic or Scheduling, in a nutshell we log the ads! If you love puzzles, you’ll love this department! Nova Entertainment is on the hunt for someone who is dynamic and enthusiastic for this entry-level position. You’ll need to have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a positive work ethic. You’ll be a logical thinker who stays calm under pressure and can deliver innovative and creative solutions to assist the Airtime and Inventory team. This is a fast-paced role so you’ll need to be self-motivated, flexible and ready to deal with whatever is thrown at you. In turn you will learn the skills of Airtime, sponsorship and inventory management from our experienced team. What you will be doing and what skills you may have: Someone who is dynamic and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for providing the best outcomes to keep a busy and successful sales team happy! To be successful in this role you will have: A positive work ethic. You’ll be a logical thinker who stays calm under pressure and can deliver innovative and creative solutions to successfully manage our sponsorship inventory. This is a fast-paced role so you’ll need to be self-motivated, able to work autonomously, flexible and ready to deal with whatever is thrown at you.
