About the facility Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong's CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac. About the role As the Allied Health Assistant, you will contribute to the care of Barwon Health TCP clients by delivering client-centred, evidence-based services under the supervision of the Allied Health and Care Coordination teams. You will also support nursing staff with direct care functions and assist with non-clinical duties to ensure seamless service delivery within the Transition Care Program.
