We are looking for a senior leader, based in Sydney, to manage all aspects of our Amazon Devices business in Australia & New Zealand (ANZ).Amazon Devices, the team behind Alexa, Fire TV and Kindle, is one of the most innovative and fastest growing businesses at Amazon. We are looking for a smart, high-energy sales and marketing leader who is passionate about products, brands and connecting customers with our device and services across online/offline sales channels. This is a high visibility role with broad reach and impact.As the Amazon Devices ANZ Leader, you will be responsible for all sales/marketing activities, including building awareness for our device brands. You will lead a team of highly motivated marketing, product and sales professionals to develop and implement the go-to-market strategies for Australia and NZ. You will be the "voice of the customer" and instrumental in providing feedback to assist our product teams and channel partners in developing customer experiences.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail and reseller landscape and will have experience managing at all levels of an organization. The candidate will have excellent team leadership and management ability, strong business judgement and exemplary verbal, written and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities: Own short and long-term planning, forecasting and implementation of the go-to-market strategy for all products, including building awareness of Amazon's brands. Work closely with internal (legal, marketing, finance, sales operations, distribution) and external teams to manage controllable business inputs, including price, promotion, product placement, availability and operating cost across multiple sales channels. Build deep relationships with distribution partners and coordinate across Amazon teams to support these partnerships. Identify, evaluate and recommend marketing plans to drive omni-channel sales, including above-the-line marketing, performance marketing and in-store merchandising. Implement business review mechanisms to monitor operating metrics and financial performance. Effectively root cause and resolve customer experience issues. Report performance to senior leadership across Amazon. Foster a high-performing, customer-focused, inclusive, Day 1 team culture.
