You’ll join a high-performing business, backing talented individuals Use your passion to drive positive outcomes for our customers Be supported to learn and grow whilst developing the career you want In this Analyst Systems and Release role you will: Be responsible for the management of manufacturing and personalisation of cards (plastics), advice and related projects, vendor oversight and change management Manage a 3rd Party Provider for Manufacturing and Personalisation of White Label credit cards Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services. Support management team and contribute to process decisions for the White Label consumer business. Manage and drive resolution of customer concerns, issues, risks, and incidents as they arise. What You'll Bring: Extensive experience in a financial services environment Knowledge of manufacturing and personalisation of plastics is preferable Knowledge of banking and Grace management systems Strong Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) skills Strong stakeholder management experience A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone We know that our people make us who we are.
