Analyst Engineer - SRE Production Support

We have an amazing opportunity for a hands-on DevOps Engineer, with strong experience in production operations support, Cloud operations, and SRE to work within the Digital Identity and Access capability area to provide ongoing development and cloud operations support of the platform developed in Java, with strong CD/CI, SCM, and Acceptance Test Driven Development delivery methods. In this Analyst Engineer role, you will: Develop, deploy, and support the Enterprise identity and access management platform, particularly Enterprise Authorisation. Perform Unit, System/System Integration, and Performance testing of APIs. Maintain and support automation test suite. Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations. Troubleshoot issues in our development, test, and production environments. Build and proactively monitor the platform to ensure key platform KPIs are measured and adhered to. Perform production operations support, including being on roster for after-hour support. Manage frequent, incremental code testing and deployment utilizing a wide variety of open-source technologies. Ensure strict adherence to SCM branching and merging strategies. What you’ll bring: Experience as an operations Engineer and tester in a complex, enterprise-level development environment working in a DevOps/SRE role. Incident and Problem Management experience in a production support setting. Knowledge of identity federation: SAMO, OAuth 2.0, Liberty, OpenID Connect, Authorisation policy management. Experience with network, operating system, database, and storage support. Cloud and IAS development and Configuration management automation. Docker Container orchestration. Infrastructure automation using cloud services such as CFN and Terraform. JMeter or equivalent for performance test engineering. Experience working with GitHub, Artifactory, Cyberark/Hashicorp, Jenkins, Sonar, Maven, Gradle, Ansible, Amazon Web Services, Splunk, and AppDynamics.
