AGL’s Construction Excellence team has a newly created and exciting opportunity for an Analytics and Improvement Manager. With the flexibility to be based across any of AGL’s sites (corporate or operational), you will be helping to deliver AGL’s construction strategy through continuous improvement and driving excellence in construction management. Our Construction Excellence team focuses on the development and delivery of strategic plans, integrating robust standards and systems, while embracing ESG principles to deliver our power development and generation strategy, realizing AGL’s ambitious targets of 12GW of new renewable capacity by 2035. What you’ll be doing: Leading the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of data analysis and process improvement initiatives to support Construction’s goals. Identifying and implementing process improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Collaborating across departments to understand and address data and process improvement needs efficiently. Leading the development and maintenance of databases, reports, and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and uniformity. Facilitating workshops and training to promote continuous learning and improvement in data analysis and process techniques. Developing and implementing policies for data collection, analysis, and process improvement, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. What you’ll bring: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering or related field. Certification in Lean Six Sigma, or similar (preferred) Significant experience in overseeing data analysis and leading improvement teams and projects. Demonstrated experience in data analytics software and tools. Experience in complex and large-scale operating environments across construction or energy sector. Applications close 18 February.
